The Power of CrossFit is in the community. Our coaches and members empower each other to become the best version of themselves possible. CrossFit will make you fitter, no question, but it will also teach you to push past the limits you once thought you had, both mentally and physically. 



Our classes are one hour long CrossFit classes. Each class consists of some combination of stretching, mobility, strength training, gymnastics and Olympic lifting. Our coaches can guide a total novice, an experienced CrossFit athlete and everyone in between to get the best workout for each individual.

Like many people, I doubted CrossFit before I tried it. I mostly did bodybuilding style workouts with some cardio and I thought I was fit. After starting CrossFit, my fitness was taken to a level I didn't think possible. I took my Level 1 Certificate class in 2016 and have been coaching ever since. Doing and coaching CrossFit has proven to me that it is the best way for each individual to get as fit as possible.
